Christian was up front with me. They inspected the car and after a bit came back in. He spoke to me about what he’d found and then cut me a check. It took about 1 hour or so…..

It was the easiest thing I've ever done! Scheduled a home visit for the car over the phone, confirmed everything I needed and the day of the visit everything went smoothly. Took all of 1 hour, no issues. Quick, easy, simple, and I even got a better deal on the car than when I tried trading in at the dealership where I got my new car!! John started working with my sisters and I the moment we walked in the door. We were selling a car that was part of an estate account all three of us are on and that made things a little tricky. John was thorough and made sure everything was done properly. We were done in a reasonable amount of time and we all felt we received a reasonable offer on the vehicle. I would recommend anyone looking to sell a car to stop in here.

Really was not sure what to expect. Was expecting to end up haggling pretty much like one would normally do at a dealership. I was only selling and I provided an honest evaluation of my car and provided a buy price from John Bauer, the local manager. The price was acceptable so I made an appointment to get an official appraisal which was right on the money and matched the emailed quote I received 2 days before.
To make a long story short,I signed over the title of the vehicle along with some additional paperwork and walked out of John's office with a very nice check.

This was my first time using WBAC and the experience was ideal! John was quick, professional, and thorough, and made me feel at ease during the whole process.
