Let me say, Bernardo was amazing. Polite, professional and no playing around. He was a gentleman with my wife and mom. I got to meet him and enjoyed working with him. The price given on your website is…
The price given on your website is different from the one your branch manager gave. He said less money. He called me on the phone before I even went to the branch. He said we are giving this price. I did not like this situation because of the price differences.

I see the online valuation provided and our final offer varied by just a few hundred dollars. Our Branch Manager inspected the vehicle and did find some damage to the wheels that we were previously unaware of prior to the start of the appointment. We had to take this into consideration when making our firm offer.
Our Area Manager has listened to the pre-appointment confirmation call and reviewed the detailed notes, photos, and videos of the inspection. We’re hopeful we can connect with you 1-on-1 and address your concerns. We kindly ask you return our call so we can listen to your feedback and restore your faith in our service.

May get slightly lower money but gain fast, reliable service with free ride home
Good, speedy service. I wish that my agent had talked me through more of the inspection part and had a slightly higher offer, closer to phone quote. But overall a good experience and I appreciated price negotiation. The free Uber was hugely helpful!
