very low key, no pressure , no fancy office ,in and out about 1/2 hour

I had a 2018 ford fusion with just over 23,000 miles for sale, I shopped around at a few other places for prices and I decided to go with We Buy Any Car because it was close to my house, Mylann the branch manager explained everything I needed to do to make the sale happen, Once the title transferd I had the check in my hand within the hour, Very professional and quick!

I suspect most people would think their car was worth more as I did. However your agent, I think his name was Mylaan, was a real gentleman and gave me an explanation that was believable. All in all it was a satisfactory experience.

Car dealership would not take my trade in due to high mileage and only offered me $500. I took my car here and got 3x as much. Unfortunately, I misread my appt and went a day early. Mylann Overall was understanding and fit me in for the day. He even stood in the rain going over the inspection and explained everything along the way. Got an offer via the website from we buy any car and decided to check it out. Made an appointment and when I was greeted by Mylann. He was super nice and friendly. We exchanged info and he went on to check out the car. He entered all the info and of course the offer that came back was less ( a lot less) than what the original offer was. We talked about it and Mylann entered more info and comments and got an offer closer to the original offer. We talked a little more and he asked if I was okay with the offer. I make one last counter offer (reasonably close to their last offer) and they accepted. They’re happy I was happy and the process was super quick after that. Overall everything took less than 90 minutes and Mylann did a wonderful job of getting the paper work done and realizing that the car was worth more than what their offer was. He didn’t try and low ball me and I knew that the offer on web site was before the car was inspected. If you want to sell your car quickly and fairly check them out. Be honest with them and Things will work out

A bit of a bait and switch from the online quote to what I actually received for my car, but the offer was fair. The gentleman that I met for the transaction could not have been more thorough, honest and kind. His level of service and tact for explaining the process was second to none.
