As I stated before in a rating review, I called earlier in the day, providing car info to the agent. She set up an appointment that evening. The agent Pedro arrived and did a very thorough inspection of the vehicle agree to purchase the vehicle. He created the documents in his car and presented them to us to sign, and handed us a check. Pedro, the agent, was super, and if you have a choice try to ask for him, You will not be disppointed.

The whole process is fast and efficient, the person work there was professional and patient. Got all done ~1hr. The value of the vehicle they gave is quite subjective, hope there are more detailed standards for deduction of the value.

Dan was very communicative leading up to my appointment and was able to reschedule when I had a conflict. He explained the process well and kept everything moving. He offered a fair price and got me a ride to the dealer to pick up my new car.

Had a appointment with the branch manager of the Herndon, VA office on Sat, Oct 18th. Daniel Tessema was nice to work with. He explained what the evaluation process was to look at my 2009 Toyota Prius. The final analysis of selling car was great. This is my second time using the Herndon. VA location to sell a car.
