No issues with the entire procedure. The only issue was the performance of the computer. maybe am upgrade is needed.

Good but Not Great Experience
Easy appt setting, website is easy to use, Konrad is great in the office. Dinged you a star bc even with utmost transparency and condition description of the car the actual payout was a lot less than the original offer, and not quite aligned with KBB estimates. I get inspections can reveal some hidden issues, but after 90 minutes one is kinda stuck taking the offer at that point, so a little disappointed with our experience.
