Francine was extremely helpful from the beginning. We made an appointment after getting our online quote to see exactly how much we could get for our vehicle after the in-person inspection. She explained everything to us clearly and what we could expect. She also gave us some time to think about it rather than forcing us to seek it in that moment. She followed up and made the experience simple, clear and fair.

We thank you for choosing webuyanycar.com to sell your Nissan Altima and apologize for not meeting your expectations on price due to the condition of the Nissan.
As you will be aware, the car was not in the condition disclosed online, and we did have to make an adjustment to take into account issues like abnormal engine noise and defective paintwork. Despite that, I am pleased to see we made you an offer you were happy to accept which left very little margin in the deal for us.
