Staff was courteous and genuinely interested in buying my car. There was room in our conversation for negotiating a fair price we could both see as a win-win. There was no pressure to sell, only willingness and interest in buying. Their built-in fees were reasonable, and it's a great one stop shop to move my car fast. I'd recommend them to a friend.

Of course, I was disappointed in the final payment but understand that the car had not been physically evaluated.

I didn't like the time it took, however. I was led to believe that the process was more expedited but we had to wait for the OK from headquarters to proceed

Honestly it was Shawn who made my experience wonderful! He was detailed, patient, knowledgeable, respectful and kind!

Efficiency and accommodating

Shawn was great! Down to earth, explained the process, and was a pleasure to work with. We didn't get much for our car, but wasn't expecting much either, and it was much easier than trying to do a private sale.

Great customer service!!! If you need to sell your car quickly great place to do so. The person I worked with was very thorough, genuine, and answered all my questions also fair with pricing.

I had been concerned about the integrity of the person I dealt with at We Buy Any Car USA because he informed us of an accident that occurred the year before we purchased our car. Our paperwork from the purchase showed that there were 0 accidents, and the website we used to check it also showed no accidents. I was afraid that this accident adversely affected the price we received for the car. My trust was regained when the branch sent us a copy of the report they ran through Experian with the accident listed. They were also willing to adjust the sales price, proving to us that they wanted to give us a fair deal. I would recommend this company in the future.

Shawn was ready when I arrived for my point. He was already off to a great start! Then he was professional, quick, and easy to talk to. I ended up receiving more money than from their competitors (*cough* Carmax *cough*). I’d sell my car again to WeBuyAnyCar in a heartbeat.

I told the guy "inspecting" the car it does start and run but there is no passenger CV axle. If you people knew anything about cars you would know if you run a car with out a CV axle, transmission fluid will pour out when it gets to temp. The guy inspecting the car ignored me and let the car run until I told him trans fluid was leaking. The guy didn't even offer to help clean up HIS mess! what makes it worse is when the tow truck guys came to pick up the car they did the same dam thing. not the rest of the trans fluid is out and they sped away.
I set this up for my mom hopping it would be easy way to have her get ride of the car. Instead I could have got more money selling it to the local scrap yard, and now I have to clean up their mess.
WILL NEVER USE THIS RECOMEND OR USE THIS PLACE AGAIN
writing this review is probably a waste of time this crap company will most likely bury it

Apparently writing a bad review isn't a waste of time. we buy any car customer service reached out to me in less then 24hours after the review posted. they were very understanding and willing to come to a resolution that was best for all involved.

It was a smooth, non-stressful process. Everything was straight forward and the branch manager was very easy going and made our entire family comfortable during the appointment.
