Shawn was super nice and helpful. There was no pressure and he explained everything very well. Wish I could have gotten a little more money for my truck…but after 24 years the offer was fair.

He was skilled at his job and knew it well, made the entire experience easy. Shawn was friendly and engaging.

We were greeted in a friendly manner and since our rep. Was still working with clients, another rep. helped to get things started. Both fellows were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. I wish , however, that the tests that were performed were explained and that I could see the results.

Changed to 5 stars after vm from district manager and car picked up within 3 days of sale.I would rate a 5 if scoring the district manager who came to my home yesterday at 14 pleasure rd. My only frustration was with not knowing when my vehicle is being picked up.
