The overall experience was very good! However, they came back with much, much lower price than the online estimate. I ended up negotiating but got paid much less than the estimate to avoid hassle.

Representative was knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate the convenience of the we buy model and find the offers made for vehicles to be reasonable. Not retail but reasonable wholesale offers.
