The customer is respected and Jim provided honest and fair feedback duriing the auto inspection. This was my 2nd experience, I will always go to Jim in Lansdale.
Professional approach with honest and fair negotiations, respect for the customer and reliable understanding by both parties. Corporate should improve the time it takes to determine if the offer is approved.

My title situation wasn't the easiest to deal with but Jim helped guide me through what needed to be done. The condition of my old truck was subpar to say the least 😂. He made sure I got top dollar for it. Overall great experience

Amazing, Warm, Informative - 100% Happy Customer
My mom and I came to the office and were treated to the most engaging, warm and amazing experience! I can't stress enough how phenomenal the customer service with Jim was, he was kind, informative, understanding & honestly was by far the best deal that we had for the vehicle we were trading in. Jim went above and beyond and even had my Italian mother crying with tears of happiness. You truly can't ask for more.
