The We Buy Any Car buyer I had was top notch. He took his time to explain every detail of the paper work I was required to sign, he was very honest and straight forward about any flaws found on my vehicle before negotiating a price. I was happy with the price we agreed upon. Having the whole transaction take place at my residence was extremely helpful. Also they were very good about being in contact concerning arival times and always on time. I would highly recommend this company.

Lee Young was terrific. I was selling my automobile. I am 93 years old and she was very good in guiding me through the process. My son was there also as a guide but I would have been comfortable doing business myself if I had to.
The website is very good at giving a price so when you go into the office after your automobile is looked at and appraised there was no shock value. It was exactly what we thought it would be and Lee made it an even easier process.

Lee Young the manager at the Leesburg location was very nice and professional. She explained and showed everything during the look over of the car. Ended up with a very fair price. Highly recommend if your needing to sell you car.

The people with whom I dealt (Scott and Luis) were helpful, efficient and detailed. My selling experience was a good one although I was disappointed at the "Out the door" price. Deductions were made for cosmetic damage, but there was no allowance made for 13 month old tires or a new appearing top.l

Scott provided excellent customer service. The process was simple even though it was late in the day on sunday.

The meeting was helpful, respectful, and I believe honest. The transaction was prompt. Even though I left an item in the car it was promptly retrieved and held for me to pick it up.
