The process was straightforward, fast and easy. Larry was patient, answered any questions I had and was straightforward about what price they would pay. The only downside was the amount of paperwork that needed to be signed.

The agent is very friendly and patient. He walked me through the details of my car and provided a price. And when I argued that the price was way lower than the quote, he talked with the marketing team and gave me a better deal. Finally, I got an Uber brochure back home.

Called WBAC at the last minute. Easy making an appointment. Initial interview was encouraging. After new car purchased JB scheduled us for a immediate(5pm) appointment. JB was patient and friendly. He patiently walked us thru all the paperwork.
Also there was no re-negotiating on WBAC part. We walked out with original offer. Thank WBAC for the easy and fair process.

Look, I knew it was a 23 yr old car and I was honest in the online assessment of its condition. First quote was $1715. By the time it was gone over it was down to $817. I thought the reconditioning prices were a bit healthy for a car its age and total retail value of probably $3000. You can’t make the car “new” at 23 yrs old. Felt like a bit of a lure with the “online” offer.
On the other hand your rep that handled us was a first class guy. Very honest about your process and what reality was. This was a turn in car from my 93 yr old mother so we just took the offer. Easy peazy. And as I said, your rep, James Brown could not have been more professional and caring towards my mom. It was greatly appreciated.
