Very good experience. Worked with Carter in the Maple Grove, MN office and he was very courteous and accommodating. Very low pressure and worked with me on a decent price. Also helped with ride home.

It was a fairly easy process, the only complaint I have is the final offer was $1900.00 less than the online offer, but the person we dealt with explained why so I excepted the offer

No pressure here!
This was an excellent example of how smooth an interaction can be. Matt, our contact and manager, was very cordial and welcoming. Absolutely NO pressure to make the deal. The offer was fair, courteous and an easy transaction. A lot of paperwork, but all to protect the seller (me) and the buyer (WBAC). Excellent and surprising experience.
