The process was very SIMPLE! I entered my vehicle's information online. I was very detailed and a price guarantee was generated. I was ok with the price guarantee and set an appointment with Marcus to take my vehicle in. Once I arrived, Marcus ran through his analysis, which took about 20 minutes. We drove the vehicle down the street and back. Marcus entered all his information collected and the price reflected was very fair. I waited another 15 minutes and the check was ready to go.

Jeff was professional and friendly. He was detailed and very knowledgeable about the car industry.

The experience of selling my car was professional and stress free. I was pleased how fast I received an estimate and how quickly I received a follow up phone call to confirm an appointment time. Upon my arrival at the center the manager met me and made me feel comfortable explaining every step of the process. The offer to purchase my vehicle was reduced considerably from the original al offer due to a significant amount of body damage but that was thoroughly explained and we were able to settle upon a mutually agreeable price. The process took away the stress and frustration of having to sell the vehicle on the open market and relieved me of having to negotiate with dishonest used car dealers. The manager, Marcus Thorton, was a pleasure to do with business with and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him soon when I will sell another vehicle.
