Easy process

Micheal was extremely knowledgeable and did not hesitate to share that knowledge with us. Extremely personable.

The on-site representative was polite, knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk with. The reason for four stars and not 5 was the initial after inspection price (from corporate) was quite low and significantly different from the agreed upon price.

David the Mechanicsburg Branch Manager tried to do as fair and complete an inspection as possible. David was very personable and knowledgeable. How ever offer was not what I had hoped for and Office would not change the offer.
When car was picked up truck operator did not notify us he was there and was taking the car. Surprised later that the car was missing and had been taken away.

Everything went well even with issues of names on title not being correct
