Reason for four star rating: I thought we were dealing with the Melbourne, FL office, but when the appointment confirmation call came in, it was a Pennsylvania number, which I didn't answer. Many people don't answer unknown numbers. Luckily, I received a text requesting me to confirm. However, after confirming, it took the entire day for my confirm to be acknowledged.

Tim Ray saved the entire experience. Your internal team could do better.

Explained all details needed to complete the sale of my 22 Bronco. Even set up Uber on my cell phone for the 25 mile voucher paid by We Buy Any Car.
