The person who helped us . I think his name was Larry was a gentleman. This is my first time ever selling a car and I did not know what to expect . He was very kind and gentle in words . He explained the process to me , how they came about with the pricing and I did not feel coerced . I am sorry to sell that van because that van had memories to us as a family but I feel confident I made more compared to if we traded it in . Thank you Larry for your kindness. Lily was both professional and personable which would put anyone at ease making a big decision. She methodically tested, inspected and evaluated my vehicle I marked in excellent condition. And it was. She made me feel like a person selling my pride possession while at the same time doing her job and perhaps uncovering flaws I myself might not been aware of.
