With less than half an hour till closing, I was able to receive the fair value of my car. The manager, Christian, was helpful from start to making sure I have a ride home.

Christian in the Plainfield NJ office was very helpful and knowledgeable and I would gladly deal with Christian again.

Christian at the Plainfield office was fantastic. Super personable and talked us through the entire process. Was also very efficient in evaluating my vehicle and providing background on how the offers are generated. Great representative of the WeBuyAnyCar brand.

My only suggestion would be to have the car's initial estimated value be more accurately represented based on the condition specified when registering for an appointment. I was surprised that the prerequisite questions on the car's condition have no bearing on the estimated value given online. The value online assumes a vehicle in mint condition. Although I am aware the value can always change upon in-person inspection, having the initial estimated online value adjusted based on the customer's reported condition would help to avoid customer surprise when the actual offer is significantly lower.

Great experience in selling my car with Christian Arcati at Webuyanycar. Christian was thorough with the inspection and transparent in assessing the condition of the car. He was detailed oriented and clearly articulated on the documents that needed my signature. He checked with me if I needed water for the way and how I plan to get back after leaving the car, he was open to wait till I get taxi though it was nearing closing time. Really pleased to have met and closed this deal with Christian - in and out under an hour - smooth process.

I was reluctant to sell my deceased wife's Jeep and didn't want to go through the hassle of listing it in the paper and getting constant phone calls. So I came across We Buy Any Car.com on-line and listed the specs. Shortly there after, I received a decent quote and was told to contact the Plainfield Office and to make arrangements to drop it off once it was inspected. Of course, I was planning on going to NJDMV and get the Title switched over to my name. You know what DMV is like. I mentioned this to Dominic on the phone and he made arrangements for the Mobile Department to contact me and come to my home. Two days later I received a call from Rafael Chavez who asked for my address and told me when he would be to my house. The next day, he arrived right on time and I explained all the paperwork and things that needed to be done at NJDMV, and he had all the equipment and understanding to do all of this right from his vehicle. That saved me a lot of work, time and money and not having to deal with NJDMV. I was a little nervous at first, but Rafael was so nice and professional that I proceeded. He inspected the vehicle and took all kinds of pictures, along with some info from me and scanned all the info and documents to a remote site. Upon them reviewing this information, they quoted me a price which I was very happy with and he printed me out a check for more than I was quoted from someone else (and almost exactly what I was quoted in an email from WBAC.com originally). Rafael left and I went to the bank and deposited the check. The last thing is that I will receive a phone call from the towing service to pick up the Jeep since it's still in front of my house. I highly recommend WBAC when selling your used vehicle and hopefully you have the experience I had. If it wasn't for Rafael, he made the entire experience a pleasant one and I am very happy with my decision. Thank you to all!

Working with Christian was a pleasant experience. He did a nice job explaining the process clearly, was friendly, and answered any questions we had. The whole process took about an hour. The price we were offered was very competitive - however, the offer generated online was overly optimistic and unrealistic.
