Exceptional customer service
We received exceptional customer service from Bernard. He was very professional, transparent, and thorough with explaining the entire process. We valued his patience & kindness throughout every step involved. When I called he squeezed my appointment in for that same day. His clarity from reviewing the inspection results to displaying the final offer was most appreciated. He reflected the company’s integrity & I highly recommend selling any unwanted vehicle to WBAC.

We Buy Any Car® USA - Plum, PA からの回答
Hi Todd,
We're definitely not a scam. BBB A+ accreditation and over 100,000 five-star reviews confirm our dedication to customer service excellence, but we're as unhappy as you that you had a negative experience with a member of our call center team and we are reviewing the phone call to better understand what went wrong.
Prices do fluctuate over time and our pricing on the 2020 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack was recently revised down by around 4% and we understand why this may be upsetting. The used car market is a fluid market, and we have to respond to trends in the market.
It is unacceptable for you to have anything less than a five-star experience with our team and we apologize. Our leadership team has exhausted all options in trying to reach you, but would still like the opportunity to connect. Please reach out to customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com, and we will gladly get the conversation started.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
