LOU WAS GREAT. the guys behind the scene were hindering his ability to make a sale which they eventually did, It was comical to watch the ploys.

First, the rep, Lou, was great. Friendly, empathetic, though I'm sure he would deny that, and very good at his job. 5 stars!

However, I walked out of there feeling like a guy who went to the "Pawn Stars" guys with a painting he had been told was worth $10000, and needing $5000 of that for a specific, important purpose. He figured he'd walk out with a few thousand extra dollars. But the pawn guys came up with one reason after another to devalue his painting, finally getting their offer down to only $5500. He took it, grudgingly, and walked of the place feeling like he'd been hit by a Peterbuilt doing 75 mph, but happy because he hadn't been castrated, too.

It was surreal. But it was also informative and fun. Do it.

This was a great selling experience. The manager was professional, personable and efficient. Whole process took only an hour. I highly recommend this location and company.

We had a great experience selling our 20-year-old Jeep Wrangler to We Buy Any Car. The online appointment system is easy to arrange, and the inspection and transaction is smooth and quick. Very nice manager and office. Convenient location and easy parking. We were out of there in less than an hour with a very nice check in hand. As they don't sell cars to the public, there is nobody trying to sell you something else. We will miss our Jeep, but are glad it will be going to new owners who will give it a long life.
