We scheduled an appointment for 11 am…
We scheduled an appointment for 11 am and had to reschedule to noon at the request of the company. Ok we agreed to that expecting this experience would take less than 1 hour. Arrived just before noon and the person that was there was dealing with multiple issues which delayed the process for our vehicle. Long story short we got done around 2 pm and had to go back and forth to get an amount for the car that was finally agreed to. This process should not have taken as long as it did- the car we were selling was 17 years old so it is not going to be in pristine condition. Not sure we will go thru this process ever again. The person we dealt with was ok but had too much going on that day.

We Buy Any Car® USA - Reading, PA からの回答
Thank you so much for choosing webuyanycar.com to sell your 2006 Honda Pilot. Selling your car takes about an hour and should always be a five-star service experience. We are famous for our service and clearly we fell way short on this occasion. We're sorry and we owe it to you to make that right.
We have your details on file and have opened a customer complaint on your behalf so we can understand what went wrong, make changes to stop it happening again, and above all to find a way to restore your faith in webuyanycar.com as the #1 rated dealer in the USA.
We appreciate you taking the time to speak with our leadership team. Area Manager, Jeff reported that the conversation was a positive one. We're sorry we couldn't do anything further to earn your 5-star review but respect your wishes not to be contacted further.
If there is anything else we can do please don't hesitate to call Jeff back or email our customer experience team directly at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com. We know you have many options when selling a vehicle, and we truly appreciate your business. While the branch was backed up on the day of your appointment, I hope you can judge us based on our customer service response.
Warmest regards,
Kevin, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
