The sales person was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The reason is did not give it a 5 star is that i got less money than i wanted for the car, but hey, its a business. I would still recommend it to my friends.

Al worked hard to get us the money we expected for our 2004 GMC Conversion van. The software wasn't working well for a conversion van estimate, so he phoned in to the national office and worked with them to get it all done. Easiest way to sell a car that we have ever experienced, even though our sale took a bit longer. While we were waiting, we had a great time swapping stories with Al about pizza, cars we have owned and loved, how to get a great deal on the next car; he's a raconteur. Great experience.

There were some negatives with the car. There were also some positives. I think the negatives got more attention, but they were more readily apparent. Still, we settled on a fair price, we corrected a Title issue, and we closed in agreement. Good experience.

Averisto was incredibly reasonable and helpful. However, I took off a star because I was not helped until an hour after my appointment time despite arriving on time. The process took a total of two hours.

This was a very good experience. Received a fair price and it only took about an hour.

I would say that the customer service agent, James, had wonderful people skills and was a pleasure to meet. His personality and his delivery put me at ease right away. He also did a good job of explaining how the process works. Felt that he was working Within the company's algorithm but also advocating for me as a customer. I'm giving him five stars. There are things I did not like about my experience as well. For example, I was very unhappy to learn that there would be about $500 of administrative charges deducted from my offer. The website should make this clear to potential customers. Had I known that information I certainly would have thought other estimates from other potential buyers before showing up at your doorstep. As it was, I did not solicit any additional offers. I ended up getting almost $1,000 less than the offer made to me online. And I felt that I had done a bad job maximizing the value of my well cared for car.

James was very accommodating to our changing schedule. He was honest in talking with us about the price offered to us on our vehicle.

Al went above and beyond to help us sell our car! And when Al wasn’t available, James was great and great to chat with.

I was very pleased with the transaction and how the gentleman got me in and out as fast as possible.I was disappointed in learning that i lost a potential 1,000$ because the DMV failed to record any mileage info on my tittle..not their fault or mine just the DMV...other than that i okay with everything else and i would reccomend them.
