At webuyanycar.com, we understand that minor dents and scratches are normal, and these small issues don't affect our offers. However, like any conscientious buyer, we have to consider issues that could potentially affect the vehicle's resale value.

Our team of experts usually step in for significant problems, and this time they found the Cadillac having notable upper engine noise. This was detected during a video recording of the engine which was then analyzed by our mechanical expert. Furthermore, we found a sagging headliner, and the vehicle would need a complaint repaint before resale due to rust all around the vehicle.

Our goal is to buy the car at a cost that mirrors its resale value, considering any problems that could significantly impact this value. We always aim for a fair transaction, that satisfies the customer and allows us to maintain a modest profit margin. We regret that our offer didn't meet your expectations.
