On my original review, I felt I didn't get what my car was worth and I gave a 3 star review. Well Ken the district manager saw my review and contacted me and wanted to know what he could do to make sure I had a good experience. Ken went back to the manager that did the original assessment of my car, did a double check, did a reassessment of the car and gave me extra money that was in line with KBB! I told Ken I would give 5 stars for going the extra mile and making sure I was satisfied! Great customer service! Thank you!!

The young person that worked with me explained everything as we went along. Inspected the car, asked a few questions and 35 minutes later I had a check. No surprises. I was happy.

They were able to match my best offer with a lot less red tape to worry about. The entire transaction was hassle-free with no surprises and there were excellent communications from start to finish. In addition, the staff were friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with.

Overall a pretty seamless process. One of the people that helped inspect my vehicle was a bit pushy and seemed like they were trying to beat down my confidence in the online offer throughout the process. Also, when they got in the vehicle to test drive it, the first thing they did was floor the accelerator to redline. I couldn't believe they actually did that in a 23 year old car. I would have been upset if someone sat down in my newer car and did that. That is no way to treat a vehicle that is not your own.

Edit: The regional manager called and helped explain the reasons why they did what they did during the inspection. I appreciate that they reached out and did this so I have updated my review.

It was so easy!! I did the online appraisal and was very pleased with it. Called the local branch office and talked to Robert Arbelo and made an appointment that afternoon. The appointment took about an hour and I walked out with my check of $10.00 shy of my appraisal value. Very happy!!!
