Terry was terrific. He was professional, honest and fair. He gave me a fair price for my car and saved me the time from going to another competitor. Terry is a great asset to the company.

But you need to have realistic expectations. The price you're quoted online is probably not the price you're going to get. They do a detailed review in person and deduct for any additional defects they find.
