The sale process, including getting an online offer, setting up an initial appointment, negotiating a final price and executing the title transfer, was straight forward. They made it easy and convenient to sell my car.

Of course, that convenience came with a cost. You receive less for the car than you could sell it for on your own. To me, the cost was worth it.

I rate it a five star experience.

We were in and out selling our chevy cruze. Thing had so many problems, a ton of codes for the check engine light and frame rust and it was more of a headache to keep it than to just get rid of it and start new. 45min later, we walked out with a check. Guy in there was quick and helped us in between appointments when he didn't have to. If you just want to get rid of your car, go here.. you'll probably get more from here than a dealership trade or a scrap yard.

Everything they did made me feel relaxed and they were very nice and honest

I initially went in for a quote which I was given fairly quickly and with ease. Speaking with the branch manager, we arranged that my husband and I would come back together as we were both on the title. I was told on that day and the day we had our scheduled appointment they would just need an updated photo of the odometer, and this should take about 10-20 minutes.
The branch manager told me that another associate would be on site at our appointment that day, but that he was prepared for our appointment and knew what to expect.
The person working unfortunately didn’t have the ability to just take an updated photo and had to repeat the entire process again, printed our check with the wrong name, and the whole ordeal took just under two hours. We were extremely disappointed.
I would not recommend utilizing this business for all of the time and hassle we experienced.

They were very friendly and helpful. Explained the process very well and were honest and upfront the whole time.

The price did not meet my expectation.
The actual transferring of the title was easy and uncomplicated.

The experience was quick, easy, and a good deal. They had me set up an appointment. We were out in less than an hour. During the whole experience, the advisor walked through the inspection, asked questions, and explained all the positives and negatives of the vehicle. Left with 8500 more than the dealer offered.
