from WBAC's first email offer to the WBAC rep (Paul) handing me a check for my car it was a pleasant, painless experience. The inspection of my car was started promptly after my arrival at their office and it was performed professionally. The post-inspection offer matched my email offer and a check was written-out to me for that amount. I recommend WBAC to anyone thinking about selling their car.

Customer service was excellent. My only disappointment is that I didn't get the price I was originally quoted which is the reason why I decided to go to WACB in thew first place, otherwise it was very good experience.

The experience was seamless and much smoother then I expected, it was time to sell, they gave a great price, and Paul who was great from the first moment, helped us through the entire process with very informative information, answered any questions we had with thorough explanations , his professional attitude and open customer service personality is a combination that leaves him so much potential to continue making this company better. I really was not expecting the experience to go as well as it did, but I'm glad we chose we buy any car, and they have true value in their staff, which allows those experiences to be much more effective, especially when the employees go above and beyond to help out customers.
