Unlike used car dealerships who take your vehicle around back, we invite you to join us as we complete the inspection so you can see what we see. It’s all part of our commitment to transparency. Unfortunately your vehicle had multiple dashboard lights illuminated and various other reconditioning concerns we were previously unaware of prior to the start of your appointment. These factors, unfortunately, negatively impacted what we could pay for the vehicle.
