The staff member was friendly and helpful. However, the office was not very professional and I was not happy with my offer. Especially the $99 “processing fee.”

Very kind staff. Easy process.

After arriving to the location, I walked in and the representative knew who I was. We went out to the vehicle to get the process started. I gave him the keys to the vehicle and I realized that I give him a key that had tape on it, which was my mistake. The tape got stuck in the ignition switch and we couldn't start the vehicle. The representative went back to his office to get some tools to remove the tape. I'm quite sure the representative saw the frustration on my behalf because I gave him the wrong key. He was very patient with me. I finally got the tape removed and the vehicle started. We also ran into another roadblock because he needed another document showing that there was no lien on the vehicle. He said no problem, I'll contact the bank. Well of course that didn't go well, because the bank was reluctant to give him the information. He remained patient through the whole process. Finally I told him that I would go home to get what he needed to complete the process. He continued to do the paper work required and he indicated once I returned with the required document, it will complete the sale. He kept his word, I returned with the required document and 5 - 10 minutes later we were done. I really appreciated his time and effort to get this deal done. Ryan made my experience great. It was simple. I was honest about the condition of my vehicle and got an instant offer. I accepted the offer and was pleased there was no variation to the offer when Ryan inspected my vehicle.

Super clear and transparent. Price is lower than what you could get private party. But. you can't beat the convenience and it's lightyears ahead of carmax.
