There is not 1 bad thing to say! I used your online evaluation to start the process to see what the value of my car might be. Within 20 minutes Chase had called back to ask if I had any questions and schedule an appointment. At the appointment,Chase was very up front and answered all my questions. The entire process took only about an hour!

Chase confirmed the appoitment earlier in the day. I arrived on time and he was ready for me. He answered questions as he inspected the vehicle and in the end I was happy with the offer and sold the car and received a check on the spot.

I cannot believe how easy, fair, transparent, and pleasant this experience was. We received a competitive offer and were paid on the spot!
