He explained what he was doing when he inspected the vehicle, worked out the price that I wanted for it (much more than my wife thought we would get), and made the whole experience enjoyable and painless. I made a first appt with Terrie and I purposely wanted to meet with her. She came in with the highest offer and I chose her offer first knowing that the offer could go up or down which I was totally prepared for.
From the moment we arrived, Terrie is very welcoming. She is professional and authentic. She doesn’t mince words(exactly what I applaud) and she efficiently walked us through the entire process. Terrie is so convincing with her knowledge that I could just sit and listen to her educate me on the industry. She left no stone unturned and her words carry a ton of weight for what I’ve learned. Terrie is the first person to let my husband and I know to return our license plate to the DMV since we didn’t transfer our tag to our new vehicle.
Terrie also taught us that when I simply took my Honda to a place to purchase and replace plastic parts that were old, the reputable business claimed it as an accident to the state! WHAT? I wanted to beautify my 2008 Honda Civic and they reported it to the state as an accident? So I learned if I want to have body work done because I want to, let the people know, I wasn’t in an accident. Thank You Terrie! Spending time in your presence and your knowledge makes me so happy. Unlike some representatives that treats customers
with an unpleasant attitude, Michael was cordial and professional.
He did his inspection and assessment of my vehicle, and explained his findings and pricing.
We came to a pricing agreement, although I was hoping for at least another Hundred Dollars more.
However, I do believe he is an asset to your company and should be recognized as such.

Toni made our experience an extremely pleasant one. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely understanding and patience with me when it came to understanding the process of Of selling the car. She explained every step she had to Take to examine the condition of my car and how the price was reached.She didn’t rush me at all when I read through the contract before signing it and explained what I needed to do afterwards, such as returning the tags along with the stub of the title. she was very reassuring that all the paperwork was in order until once the car was sold that I was no longer liable for what happened with it.
