Overall a good experience. I received an acceptance amount for my car and Michelle the agent who worked with me made the process very easy. Michelle did a great job explaining all of the paperwork that needed signing and let me know step by step how the car I sold them would be picked up.

Josh’s knowledge and transparency of the process was excellent! Josh was a pleasure to work with!

Convenient and easy. Adam was polite and kept me informed throughout the process.

Submitted my car online for a home visit. Scheduling and sending in car details was easy.

Only negatives:
- received multiple emails of “appt was rescheduled” because the appraiser was switched but not the appt. Idk why I’d need an email for this.
- appointment was rescheduled day-of because someone called in sick that day. Not a huge deal
- was told over the phone they would give me an offer and I could accept or deny. Was not prepared for “what are you looking to get for the car”.

I made an appointment, they took a look at my car made me a great offer. I was in and out there within an hour and a half. With a check in my hand The manager was great no hidden hoops to jump through was an awesome experience.

Very quick and efficient check of a car.

Only took around 45 minutes to go from a near-totaled vehicle to a check.

Fast and friendly

I sold my 2008 Honda Accord to WeBuyAnyCar USA, Westerville. Staff were very friendly, professional, and fair. The process was very easy and rewarding. Josh inspected the vehicle, walked me through each finding, we took a test drive, then he made 2 price offers and I accepted. All done in about an hour. Most dealings with cars are not fun. It’s hard to align on value. Working with FRIENDLY and HONEST people make the experience. AWESOME JOB all around.

Very friendly and informative manager Gary and his associate Chris. I feel that I was given a fair price and their service was excellent. I would recommend.

Gary Orr was so helpful and made this whole experience very comfortable plus easy.

We are a return customer, which says it all. We sold a vehicle to We Buy Any Car 5 years ago and had a good experience; therefore, we decided to do so so again. Our experience was great this time, as well. Josh did great job. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He explained everything that he was doing while evaluating our vehicle and we were very satisfied with the experience.

Everything went well. Thorough inspection and explained clearly by a very professional person. Offer was fair and very pleased with the process.

Gary at the Westerville branch was very friendly and accommodating. The whole process was fairly quick and easy, totaling about an hour. If you have a vehicle to sell, I recommend this place, for sure.

Matt was very assertive, helpful, straightforward and honest, got me as close as possible to the deal I wanted and got me an uber for free to where I needed to go. No lowballing and no games. They are the real deal

Answered all my questions explained everything to detail. It was a great person to work with.
