Chris was very nice to deal with. He was not in the least bit, pushy. He spent the time to go over everything and even set up a Lyft ride for me,which I very much appreciated.

Worked hard to make us happy so we would sell- it was thoroughly worth the time and effort to do it. Chris was very efficient at getting it all done for us.

Ok, the “ fluid leak” I believe was left over oil from the new turbo that was just installed due to oil getting into it and ruining the old turbo. The “engine noise” was a very common sound from the BMW N20 engine. The engine has loud injectors, it has a nickname of “the sewing machine”. Ram has the Hemi tick, Subaru 4 Cyl has a knock. Engine sounds aren’t all that uncommon.
