I recently sole my Lexus 2001 RX 300 through WEBUYCAR.COM. [name] helped me through the process very professionally. He is very patient,honest and polite. He is willing to work extra miles. I would rate him as excellent customer service.

The representative came out the same day and was quite thorough in his review of the vehicle. I had an older car that would not start and was getting up in age. In addition, I have no clue about cars, but Volkswagen's have a dodgy reputation for reliability especially once they hit 10 years and +150,000 miles... Anyway, the car is still in OK condition and the blue book values ranges of value give you a concept or baseline for the value, but a car like this is a "crap-shoot" as to what will go wrong next on it and how long it will last from that point forward, so I decided to sell. The representative that I dealt with was named Guesley, and he was very professional and communicative throughout the process. I did not get what I was asking for in price, but I feel that I was treated fairly and professionally. If I was to repeat this process at some point going forward I would call the webuycars.com again, and I would recommend them to others as well.

Call the company for my car, gets to talk to the agent right away no transferring from here to there. Wring my information down for lest than 1 minutes, inspector came to see the place to take look the car within 15 minutes. Everything is done so quickly. Don't know how others can beat this type of the services...
