It’s a very useful software to keep me updated with my team for my remote staff. Easy to use and reliable !

Before this webwork tracker app was introduced, my motivation was simple. I wanted to complete the tasks I had at work, my actual job responsibilities.
After they implemented the web tracker application, my focus shifted completely. Instead of concentrating on doing meaningful work and finishing my tasks, I became preoccupied with “looking productive” and filling the tracked time the app measures. It created a sense of fake productivity, where the goal is no longer quality or results, but just satisfying the application’s time requirements.
Because of that, my genuine motivation has significantly decreased. I no longer feel driven to complete my work in a natural and focused way. Instead, I feel constant pressure to justify every minute in the web tracker, which creates strong anxiety and makes it much harder to work effectively.

I would like to commend Viktorya for her consistent support and fast action in addressing our concerns. She is always helpful, responsive, and professional, making sure that issues are resolved promptly and clearly. Her dedication and efficiency truly make a difference, and we sincerely appreciate her continued assistance.

This is what I like about WebWork:
1) The dashboard is quite fast, and very easy to understand
2) The permissions for employees finally work normally, in other platforms i've had issues that employees could add in time without anyone having to approve it, here basically everything except tracking with a stopwatch needs to be approved
3) The support team isn't just a person which has no idea what is going on, they always responded in <24hours so far and it's actually helpfull and not just some random answer which doesn't help.

Overall I would recommend it, only possible downside is the price since its /per seat but it's not too expensive so not an issue in my opinion.

I have written a review sometime ago, complaining that unlike they advertised, this tool is not taking my workers' computer screens. I am unable to know what exactly my workers are doing on my clock. The company still refuses to take the action to rectify the situiation.
