Masks are fantastic! Not so FedEx
I love your products and that is why I’m giving you 5 stars. But I would suggest you not use FedEx as your courier of choice. They are terrible to deal with and the packages always take far too long to be delivered

Pretty good
Shot glasses were not as neatly cleaned up as I had hoped (edges of the glass were not straight cut) but they’re still nice.
Order arrived a few days early which was great
Only problem is that one was broken. But it was only 1 out of 100. Still wish it all came in good condition though.

All aspects of the service were well…
All aspects of the service were well done. My only complaint would be that it was not explicit to me during the ordering process that my order was not going to be dispatched from with Australia (where I ordered from).

Damaged Gift Box
I ordered a customised flask and a gift box to go with it. The flask is nice and the inscription is correct, but the gift box, which I payed extra for, came damaged to the point where I couldn’t use it and had to buy another. Also when the delivery arrived the package was very damaged, it was lucky there was no damage to the flask.

Good quality Masks and service
I was worried I would not get my masks on time and was pleasantly surprised when they arrived quite fast. The masks are of very good quality and very well packaged. Wedding star made me feel valued as a customer.
