We found Wedibox to be a very easy to set up and a very reasonable price too. We had about 150 photos/videos uploaded by our guests, which was roughly 3 per guest. It was easily worth the price and a great way to collate everybody’s photos into one space and I’d say a must for any modern wedding.

One thing to mention is that for some reason the default web browser app for Samsung devices would not let you upload anything. We found that this resolved when we used the Google app instead and suspect that this was more an issue with the Samsung app than with Wedibox’s system.

It was easy to set up and seemed like a great idea, but after the wedding my guests did not use it because it was very very slow to upload the photos, they couldn't be bothered waiting.
I checked and their internet speeds were not the problem. A waste of money for us.

We used Wedibox for our October 2025 wedding, as a place for our guests to share any photos & videos, and would highly recommend it! It was easy to set-up and use, and we are now able to easily see and download some cool photos & videos our guests took. A+ experience all around.

We used Wedibox for my daughter's wedding shower and wedding. We were able to print QR cards to spread around on the tables at the shower. That got over 200 photos! Then we used it for the wedding and got several hundred more photos and videos. For the wedding, I printed the QR code on a 5x7 card and put one on each table in a frame, plus a few others in the bar area, etc. They provide the template so you just print. So easy, and I was able to break up the albums, so people could upload to the right event. For example, I had a folder for Rehearsal dinner, Shower, Reception, and After party. A few weeks after the wedding, I was able to download all the photos to a zip file and move them to save. Highly recommend Wedibox for capturing your wedding memories.

We used Wedibox for a 7-day 60th Birthday Event back in May of this year. We were able to create folders for each day, and guests easily uploaded their pictures which allowed us to see the same event from many different perspectives. This is an amazing photo sharing site and was used by all ages up to 92yo!! Contacting support was easy and swift considering we are in the UK. Cristian is extremely hands-on and very eager to assist. The only downside is that you can't stop anyone who has the link from downloading absolutely everything. It would have been nice to have some sort of restriction on this. In summary, we'll definitely be using Wedibox again, and so will a lot of our guests!

Great site! Setting up is a breeze and VERY intuitive! Lots of flexibility in establishing exactly what you need. Our primary goal was to have a QR code handy (guest tables, cocktail area, reception, etc) where guests could easily share video clips and pics. This site had ideas/functions we hadn't even thought of! The cost is also super reasonable. Finally, great customer service! Highly recommend!!

Wedibox was so user friendly and easy to help everyone (myself included) understand the concept and the user ability! Loved it to help circulate moments we may have not gotten the chance to otherwise!

Love the timeframe extension to give us more time to capture and store these photos!!

The website has very to easy to follow guides. You can use the app set up your gallery, upload photos, create QR Codes. All features are accessible through the web application and phone compatible! I highly recommend for your next event!

Let me just first say that I went back-and-forth four days about which QR code for which company to use because I was afraid I would pick the wrong one. I finally settled on this one and it was definitely one of the best choices we could’ve made. it was so easy to use, and there was a video with instructions if needed. It was very easy to set things up. What I really liked was that I could set up different photo albums, and I could choose For when I wanted the QR codes to activate and then three months from that day is how long we had to get the photos loaded . Gas could also leave comments And Voice Mail if they wanted to

Wedibox Also gave us the option to order a card with the QR code directly from Their website and you could do this in the form of a business card or a bigger size so they gave you Multiple options. As soon as I ordered everything, I immediately had a question and they got back to me so quickly and I was so impressed with the customer service.

Wedibox Was so easy for our guests to use we had over 800 pictures And videos uploaded from when our wedding started to three days after everything ended. It was very user-friendly and the speed of upload is way faster than I could’ve imagined. Not to mention you, can Upload multiple pictures at one time which makes it even easier.

I promise you you will not regret using this site for your wedding needs and you will be happy to be able to have the memories after it all has ended. I have also been able to download various videos and pictures as needed for posting to social media or anything else. Literally, every step of this has been very easy and very simple

Easy to use, guests liked being able to upload without needing to download an app or pay a fee, we printed the QR code for our guests and enjoyed seeing their pics the day after our wedding!

It's a great platform for easy picture uploads.
We received more than 200 photos and some videos from our event, and it was super easy to review and download the photos.
Personally, I have recommended this platform to anyone I know who is hosting an event.

Amongst so many providers of similar services, I went for Wedibox because I read the reviews, because of the unlimited uploads and because I tested it beforehand, to make sure it was working (I didn’t try to upload a longer video 30+ seconds and this was my mistake). On our wedding day, however it wasn’t working. Guest uploaded their pictures and videos (it showed the uploads went through) but then they were nowhere to be found. Especially longer videos were impossible to upload. We blamed it on the bad internet at the wedding venue, and we were disappointed, because the main purpose of this is to get the pictures and videos in real time. So after everyone left we sent them the link and asked them to try uploading from home. Some uploads went through and many didn’t, even when guests were sure that their internet connection was good. So I decided to email Wedibox and ask for a refund. They allowed me to download what was uploaded, and they gave me a 50% refund because “I still used their service”. Well it didn’t work on the day of the wedding, when it was supposed to, so technically it was useless. Because if guests have to upload pictures from home, then I would just have given them a google drive link! And at the end this is what I had to do anyway, to collect all the pictures and videos. It was a disaster, and I’m just writing this review because I don’t want it to unnecessarily spoil your big day. Go try another provider, there is many out there.

I found Wedibox online and it was so easy to use. It was easy to set up and easy for our guests to add their photos into. It was so easy that everyone was able to do it on the day and we had hundreds of photos to look through on our honeymoon, which was wonderful

Wonderful no-nonsense service with excellent pricing. I used Wedibox for my wedding and my guests had no trouble loading up the storage with photos and videos!

Wedibox was easy to use.
Loved how we could incorporate our own logo with the templates on offer. Easy to print out the QR code with our logo on it so we could place them around our Wedding and reception.
Any issues or questions were answered promptly and resolved in 1 email.
Cost is reasonable even when converting the currency to local $$.
So easy to download photos to PC. Good time frame for people to upload photos and videos.
I found it a good way to see guests perspective of our wedding by their photos and videos.

Downside, if you can all it that, it seems only 1 person can upload at a time and large videos would not upload, so I have been told by guests.

All in all a very good product and much much cheaper way of having your wedding photos taken then using a professional photographer.

We hired a photographer for our wedding but wanted to make sure to see all the moments captured by friends and family. Wedibox was so easy to use and a significant upgrade to leaving disposable cameras on tables! We found the site so easy to use from setting up our profile page, to creating business cards with QR codes to hand out to guests, to downloading the pictures after our wedding. We chose Wedibox over other options because they are solely wedding focused and the quality of their landing page and services matches what you would expect for your special occasion. We felt that we got great value and are really happy with the pictures and videos we have as a result

Hey there! I am the bride of John-Mark and subscribing the Wedibox was one of the best decision we've ever made in our wedding! We were able to enjoy the photos and videos the day after the wedding and as a person that loves photos, I recommend every couple should have it!
However, some of the issues that some of my guests encountered was a trouble uploading a bigger file. They couldn't upload some of the videos they took cause the Wedibox only limits how big the file to be uploaded, but overall everyone was pretty happy and told me it was a really organized wedding especially having the QR code thing to upload the photos. It kept our guests busy while waiting for the Groom & Bride 😉 Highly Recommended!

100% recommend Wedibox for anyone's wedding. We loved having everyone's spontaneous photos of the day.
