I have shopped with Wedoskin before. This time, because of a Black Friday deal offering 20% off plus a mystery gift valued at $15, I decided to buy a set of Alumier Vitamin C&E + Peptide, which cost over $180. When I received the package, I looked for the gift in the box. I found a very small plastic pouch, about 8 cm × 9 cm. At first, I thought the staff had forgotten to put a sample inside the pouch, so I contacted customer service to ask about it. I was shocked by their reply—they said that the pouch itself was the gift. I could not believe it was worth $15. Although it has a “Vivier” logo on it, it looks like a plastic pouch you could buy at Dollarama. Unfortunately, I couldn’t upload a photo here. I would have preferred that they not mention a free gift at all.

This company is an absolute scam. They delivered my order—worth $300—to the wrong address, even though I entered the correct street and postal code. Their so-called resolution team was completely unprofessional and refused to take responsibility, blaming the issue on a mismatched city name instead of fixing their mistake. It’s unbelievable how careless and dismissive their support team was. I’ve never encountered such a lack of accountability and basic customer service. Avoid this company at all costs — they do not deserve your trust or your money

And there is a process involved with that.
Process being - filing a Claim Form with Canada Post.
Won't you agree that the claim filed with Canada Post would need to be responded by Canada Post and not something we can expedite on our end?
You are claiming you didn't get the product.
We can see that it was delivered. We are not going to just reship a delivered item. We ship thousands of items every week and have heard all sorts of claims.
This will need to be investigated by Canada Post.
I provided you the link above to start the process.
I also told you that we will do it on our end too.
It is simply not reasonable for you to expect a turnaround from a Crown corporation like Canada Post within hours of you writing to us.

Terrible company! I order an omnilux mask and the company delivered it and it was stolen! I just lost my money and no one is helping me to solve the problem! Do not order for this company!

While Wedoskin carries most of the best lines and products, they lack professionalism and customer service. I have been waiting over 1.5 months for them to correct their error. They sent me 2 of the same product. The responses have been slow, vague, rude, and completely unapologetic. Hoping to get my $125 product before the New Year!

I treated myself and sister for a hydra facial along with radio frequency with Bal and we loved it! Beautiful aestatician she really took care of us and was so thorough, you could tell she knows her stuff and is passionate about her job and taking care of customers. Today I went to We Do Skin for a hydra dermabrasion facial and I could not possibly imagine what heavenly treat I was in for!! My skin has never felt and looked so hydrated, plumped, toned and glowy. It is literally like having a brand new gorgeous skin! Bal took her time, warmly explained to me every phase in detail, and poured onto the session all the profound passion she has for her job. You just feel loved, and so does your skin! Bal’s studio is also gorgeous: perfect lighting, wonderful scent, the right relaxing music. I can’t recommend Bal and We Do Skin highly enough!

Excellent fantastic brilliant

I wanted to get some lip filler to plump up my lips whilst still looking natural. Bali advised me on the best ways to shape my lips to obtain my preferred look. She put me at ease straight away and ensured I felt well and comfortable throughout the procedure. My results are absolutely perfect and just what I wanted!

Booked in very last minute for a hydrafacial and was very accommodating from start to finish 😍 helped with my skin care concerns and future recommendations and could not recommend enough. Not often do you find genuine salons wanting to help people in London!! Great value for money and will be going in the future for more treatments
