DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I FINALLY RECEIVED MY DRESS BUT IT DIDNT FIT. I HAVE REQUESTED A RETURN FORM 4 TIMES BUT THEY ARE IGNORING MY REQUESTS. I HAVE NOW REPORTED THEM TO THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT AT MY BANK TO INVESTIGATE THEIR BANK AND RECOVER MY FUNDS. THEIR CEO DURLABH SANDHU IS ALSO BEING INVESTIGATED. ITS SO SAD PEOPLE SINK TO SUCH A LOW LEVEL TO STEAL FROM GOOD PEOPLE. I DONT KNOW HOW THEY LIVE WITH THEMSELVES.

Poor quality clothing. Arrived after due date. There is no customer services rather delayed emails that make returns nearly impossible and punitive. Do not buy from this company. I have still not been given the return address as their returns state within 14 days so I think the delays are intentional so that I do not get a refund.

I purchased a dress for my granddaughter's prom. It cost $180.39. It took weeks to get here, which was expected, but when it got here, the neckline did not match the sales pictures (it was cut much lower than expected; not appropriate for a high school prom). Returning it was a nightmare. First came the ridiculous offers for me to keep the dress and they would refund me $15. Then there were the crazy return requirements (most people would have given up trying to meet all the requirements). I was finally able to return the dress. After they deducted shipping fees, restocking fees and handling fees, I owed them $43.44 and they got the dress back too! I learned my lesson. I will never buy from this company again.

I ordered a dress for a wedding. When it arrived it was a totally different colour to what was on the website. The quality was very poor too and the inbuilt bra was two different shapes.It arrived crumpled with no tags.
I contacted the company four times to get a return address but they have ignored all my emails.
I am now going to have to escalates a complaint via PayPal.
Please do not order from this company it is a total scam.

The photo of the dress had some sort of filter blocking the appearance of heavy gold thread in the fabric that would have indicated it was a heavy rayon/type fabric. The fabric felt exactly like the poor quality heavy polyester fabric from the 60’s. The construction was the same as my early attempts at sewing as a teenager. Wedtrend’s return policy is non-existent. The dress will be going to Goodwill and I will only be trusting Dillards and Macy’s online sites for formal dresses in my price range, because they will accept returns. This purchase for $187 is my fault for not researching the site for possible issues. Lesson learned!

Be very careful when considering a purchase from this company as they are based in Texas USA and do not have a presence in the UK. If for what ever reason you need to return an item be aware that all return costs will be your responsibility, this includes custom clearance costs, returning a small 750g package to this company has to date cost in excess of £40 In making a return this company they insist that the returning parcel is fully trackable, they demand photographs of the package with return address visible and a photograph of the postal receipt, they also require clarification of the tracking number, and confirmation of the original order number and date, however before being able to return this item you put first get their agreement that the item(s) can be returned. My advice would be look elsewhere and avoid Wedtrend at all costs.

Giving 1 star because i can't give 0. I purchased a dress for my daughters prom, which came on the expected delivery date.
It is definitely not the size stated and did not look like the picture.
I sent the dress back to America they would not give a UK address, paid the postage and wedtred refused the tax charge at customs, so the dress was returned to sender!!!

They make it impossible for you to return dresses. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ORGANIZATION as they are not equipped to support you.

Sizing completely wrong, quality of fabric not as described and their customer service is appalling. Now struggling to get a refund from this company.

I ordered 3 dresses to try on for my wedding none of them suitable. I would advise not to order from Wedtrend. Delivery costs are high, returns process impossible. I would advise ordering a dress from a uk company or stick to the old fashion way book an appointment at a bridal shop and get your dress from a professional.

This is not a real website - emails go responded, products undelivered. Now I go to research them I can see their trustpilot account has been suspended because of fake positive reviews. Avoid

I ordered my wedding dress and a few other things over 3weeks ago and it still hasn't even been dispatched. It's highly unlikely I will get it for my wedding. No contact from the retailer..All they do is sending you new offers. Scam. After reading other reviews I think I just have to accept losing £170 and look for a new dress at some reliable store. SCAM.

Recommend you do NOT purchase from this company. I ordered this dress, took almost a month to arrive. When it did, it was in a hand packaged envelope with poshmark label. Dress had no tags and smelled terrible. Company would not accept a return because there were no tags. I asked them to please pay the dry cleaning bill and they refused. They sell USED clothes when advertised as new. The dress is in fact lovely, after being cleaned. But the customer service experience and outright dishonesty in what they are selling has led to my first negative online review. EVER.

Update: I sent the dress back to America, paid the postage and wedtred refused the tax charge at customs, so the dress was returned to sender!!!
Ought to be ashamed of their service and spoiling peoples big events….this will be being relayed back to my bank!

I would not recommend buying from this company.

The sizing is completely inaccurate and the material and overall look of the dress do not match what is shown on the website. I paid £87 for the item plus £18.88 postage, expecting much better quality.

When I asked to return the dress, the process became very difficult. I was first offered only a £7 refund plus an £11 store coupon if I kept it, which was disappointing considering the price I paid. The only other option was to return the item to the USA at my own expense, meaning more postage costs and dealing with customs again.

Eventually they offered a £20 partial refund if I kept the dress. Because the return process was so complicated and expensive, I felt I had no real choice but to accept it.

I am now hoping the £20 refund is actually processed as promised.

I ordered two dresses from wedtrend.co.uk - it's NOT a UK based company, it's based in the US despite their marketing. and i want to send the two dresses back but they have a restocking fee for more than 1 item ordered of 15% for 2-3 dresses and i think 40% for more than this. BEWARE - this isn't legal in the UK ! Also, you have to pay for sending the items back. Avoid.

I was struggling to find a dress for my wedding reception. I ordered two from wedtrend. One was too small and the other didn’t suit me but some of the gems had also fallen out in transit. I started the return process which was very painful with a lot of back and forth via email. They asked me to send it tracked which I did. As I am based in the UK it was very costly to send to the UK. I won’t be doing that again. I followed up after 2 weeks and then after a month and they told me they had t recieved it. I got distracted with my wedding and honeymoon and neglected to follow up again and gave up. The dresses and return cost me about 300 pounds for which none was refunded. I would not recommend buying from here.

Terrible return policy do not order

I ordered three dresses for my bridesmaids, size 14, 12 and 24. After 4 weeks I was sent 12, 14 & 22.. when I sent then a message the day I opened the parcel was give this answer _ Thank you for your email.

The excuse was a labelling issue. If I wanted to get refund ( as non of the dresses fitted ) I was given these options
We would like to provide you with 3 options:
1. Keep the product and do not return it: we will provide a refund of  £22 or a coupon code worth £27.

2. Exchange (Exchange): We will send you a coupon worth £157, which you can use to reorder the same item online in any color or size you choose. You can keep the item you received without returning it. Note: This coupon can only be used to purchase this skirt and cannot be used on other products

3. Return. After the product arrives, after inspection, if there is no problem with the product, we will refund it from the original route. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded and the return shipping fee will be borne by you.

why is they came from China was I requested to send back to the USA?? The dress came in plastic bags with no tags ( I addressed this in every email ) so for my £245 purchase I was given £66!!! The dresses are not true to size , they are not as they appear in the photo - are dresses were poorly finished , very heavy and and the sizing was terrible.

Do not order- scam!! Poor quality, tiny and they make you pay shipping back to USA- after 3 weeks of no communication and reading reviews I cancelled order- their response was to send the dresses!!! Lost £175 and devastated.
