Ordered on monday and contacted support on thursday to get some sort of updated as to wether it has even been shipped. still no response. i understand that it can take 5-7 days to deliver but not having a support team respond over two almost three days is ridiculous.

Great products and reliable service. Have been a customer for many years.

My order vanished and support keeps on ignoring me I've waited a month and seems like there is no results to this case. Outrageous!

Customer since 2020, made well over a hundred orders and all have arrived. Good selection of flowers at a good price range (as low as £30 for 3.5g). Good discounts as well. Edibles are very expensive though.

So let's start, with myself and my partner put an order through around Christmas time, think it was the 26th. Now we knew already that weedzy delivery times in an around 5/7 days in are experience. So we had a bit of product there so we knew we'd be covered for Christmas holidays. Anyway the order we put through on the 26th never arrived, so weedzy did there investigation and found that the order had gone somewhere else. So they said last week they would sort out this situation, at first I was like, the hell with this company im off to someone else, but to my surprise we got and voucher of what we spent off them and we ordered a chunk of skywalker out of it, as ya do. We were still a bit , aww well we've nothing to lose by not trying it. And what do we know only the old weedzy that we knew was back with the delivery within the time frame and skywalker safely delivered. Now it took a while to get to this stage, we're talking from the 26th of December until today the 8th of February for it to be sorted. Is weedzy back on track or was it just unlucky this time. I think der back, as they said would fix it in 5/7 days and it came in 5. So that speaks volumes for us. Thanks weedzy for sorting it out and we'll be back and I hope this review helps others make there mind up as there is a lot of people who need company's like weedzy in der lifes and who need delivery quickly.

Better post options needed.

Most of your issues could be solved with tracked shipping as your peer vendors have done for 5yrs+.

Issue "resolved" after 5 weeks with a voucher.

Been using weedzy for a few years now and have never missed a delivery, what I order has arrived with no problems. I find the delivery fast and very secure with vacuum packs.

Sick to the back teeth with this lot. Long delivery times (usually over a week but frequently longer), lack of discounts and appalling customer service. They just don’t reply to messages anymore. Try HappyLabs instead - the complete opposite and a pleasure to buy from.

Ordered several times and never had an issue, prompt updates and effecient delivery, would definitely recommend!!

Used this company a lot. Always quick delivery and great quality product. Only ever had a couple of issues but they were dealt with immediately with great communication. Keep up the good work!

Bought Afghan & Nepalese. Both not legit. Hard outside, crumbles to dust inside, wrong smell, wrong taste no real effect.
Have used this co. before & was ok but this is clearly fake. Unable to contact the company. BEWARE! Very angry & disappointed

Edit: Customer Service took some time, but worked it out better than expected.

Been using this site since 2018, and not once have I ever had a single issue. It's a pleasure doing business with them, because I get full piece of mind compared to anywhere else

Unfortunately my order (No1816618) never arrived. Difficult to contact for help. Unlikely to use again.
