received a stained jacket
Ordered and received a stained jacket, emailed immediately and a replacement was out of stock so was promised that once the jacket was returned they would post me out a different style and I would pay the difference. I heard nothing despite the return tracking showing it was received. I emailed and was told that the stains were not there when the jacket was being packaged to send out to me (clearly insinuating that the stains were from me) they told me that "some" of the stains were there prior but not all?! Admitting that they knowingly sent me a stained jacket. I have been emailing back and forth for WEEKS now and have been hit with a refund amount of god knows what.
Not even an email to explain, apologise or confirm anything.
Customer service is practically non existent and they do not wish to deal with issues.
