This company is dealing with a PPI claim for me against G E Money. Its a difficult one to deal with & its gone on a few years. Now all of a sudden all my account details have just disappeared off their website. I'm guessing they cannot get my money back but it would have been nice if they bothered to email me rather than just shutdown my account without a word.

Put a claim been told company had accepted responsibility then not heard anything email or phone. Would not recommend them poor customers service and reliability.

Never, ever had any contact with this company! Recently I've had letters from Direct Collections Bailiffs Ltd. The ones that are on the telly Can't Pay? We'll Take it Away! The bailiffs have NO info except the sum owed??? I've tried to contact the company directly but several phone numbers I've tried are just dead. No response to letters or emails either!!

WFAC have been dealing with my deceased…
WFAC have been dealing with my deceased fathers PPI claim since 2017. I have been trying to get in touch with them using there phone number and email address. With no response. If I could give them a minus star rating I would. Has anyone had any luck in contacting them recently.
An Unhappy Experience.
I am currently receiving demands from this awful company for a 'debt' of £382.00 via email and texts.
I employed them in January 2019 for PPI ~ and won a payout via cheque of approx £35.00. A small amount.
"No Win No Fee" or "We charge a 24% fee if successful" is stated in their terms & conditions, which we have scrutinized carefully to make sure there are no other hidden charges.
I have also received today a threatening letter regarding a payment collection agency for this 'debt'.
These companies take their 24% cut -before- you receive the cheque, so this is just a vicious scam to scare people into paying, especially now as they can't make money through PPI claims anymore.
I'm now having to use up my time by contact the legal services to seek guidance.
Never used this company
Never used this company, not signed anything, I have been sent letters about a debt of £231.49, emailed them asking what it is for, no response, tried every number to contact them, all not in use, now received a debt letter from DCBL demanding money, contacted them, told them ive never used this company, they advised me to get legal advice, which I will today, ive tried all numbers again for WFAC none available or in use, ive emailed them again no reply. I am seeking legal advice NOW.
Time wasters
I asked WFAC to manage my ppi claim 5 yrs ago. Got bombarded with forms to fill in, same ones for the same banks, time after time. Never got back to me, had to keep asking what progress was being made. In the end I went to my online account one day to find it closed! Utter waste of my time. Probably missed out on a payment as I know I was missold a mortgage. At least I haven't been harassed like other posters on here, it's despicable.

I told them that I'm struggling with debt at the time. They told me as long as you haven't gone into any administration then you can wait till you get paid then do it.
I told them no thank you.
The next thing is I get a letter from the old bank I was with saying about a claim for ppi.
I didn't even ask them to investigate it. They hounded me none stop, sent me forms to sigh. Which I didn't sign or send back.
They are pretty snide in how they do this.
I myself then contacted the old bank as I'd recived the letter. They said they was contacted by WFAC an then I told WFAC that I STILL don't want to pursue anything. They then said I'd be charged for there service despite not asking them to do it for me.
Now they have sent constant e.mails telling me I owe them £86 an now gone to court.
So today I'm trying to get help with this. As I have ADHD and struggling with these type of thing's as it is.
It is so frustrating having to get by with day to day stuff I struggle with.
But these companies are going with vulnerable people, acting on their behalf despite not being authorised to do so.
How they was able to go ahead with this even after me saying NO THANKS as I was looking on going bankrupt at 1 point in the past.
I even told these people that. Yet they STILL go ahead...
I wonder if they've ever been taken to court for acting on behalf of unknown customers. Then demanding payment for a service they've never been instructed to do so.
Really FRUSTRATED by this.
Phone numbers don’t work unable to Contact

I have received a series of worrying demands…
I have received a series of demands from WFAC.com asking for payment for money I have not ever received. No number to call, just an email, which I have replied to but nothing. I would happily pay them if they had paid me the money they say they have. To be fair I thought it was a scam or someone was having a laugh. Distressing and out of order. I didn't burn myself out working in the NHS throughout the pandemic for this kind of harassment!
Awful company
My grandfather has been receiving letters and texts for over a year for money owed to him but he can not have the money until he pays the upfront cost.. at this point he ignored the application and it has been non stop letters and texts threatening court and bailiffs. There is no way of getting hold of the company either. Causing complete distress to vulnerable customers. Watchdog has been contacted at this company clearer don't respond to anyone.
Worst company in the world!!!
If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. Constant text messages threatening to give my father a CCJ when they haven't even assisted in any way. Have sent an email with no response, yet still sending vulgar texts containing threats. Disgusting company!!!
Just threats and no co-operation
Approximately 6 years ago WFAC acted on my behalf to claim back PPI. To the best of my knowledge they received compensation, deducted their fee's and then sent me a payment. As this was over 6 years ago and I have since moved house twice I no longer have any paperwork. However within the last 6 months I received demands and threatened with court action. I contacted them on 3 occasions and asked them to provide specific details of their claim. They never responded. I then received correspondence from dcb threatening court action and a letter from the court. I explained to dcb I have no specific knowledge of this claim and they informed me they would ask their client to provide this. No response. I contacted them again and they said they would follow my request up with their client, no response just threats of legal action. In addition to this WFAC have sent numerous text and made calls asking if they can claim back any tax I have paid on the money they sent me. It seems that WFAC would rather threaten people with legal action than try and cooperate and discuss the matter. WFAC we are going into a recession, people are struggling with the cost of living. I invite you to show professionalism, co-operation and a clear direction in order to address this matter rather than disregard peoples requests and made intimidations. I am now considering legal action against WFAC. And yes I have emailed your organisation but I also invite you to meet personally to discuss the matter

If there was an option for zero stars mine would be rated as such!? Don’t bother, total waste of time. I wasted several years filling out forms and numerous telephone conversations, emails etc. At one point I was told one of my claims was almost settled and I would hear back soon, heard nothing for another 2 years. When I contacted them I was told I could not longer claim as it was outside the deadline to claim PPI! Well of course it was, it’s taken you 5 years to sort it out!!! Time I’ve wasted where I could have gone with a reputable company and had some success as I know many people who have had successful claims and payouts. It’s taught me to read reviews first and go on personal recommendations. Hopefully I can help others from being burned as I was.
Unbelievable bullying over a bill not owed
Terrible, incompetent, bullying. I used WFAC in 2018 - I had some PPI returned eventually, wasn't overwhelmed by the service but I settled the bill promptly. Then I received a demand for additional fees saying there had been a miscalculation. I asked how the additional fees were calculated. No answer. Just further demands. I stressed I wasn't refusing to pay any proper bill but had a right to know how the sum was comprised. Just threats of Bailliff's and CCJ's ad late fees. So I filed a formal complaint and eventually got an explanation and full apology and paid the additional fee. Two weeks ago ( and a year later after this episode ) I got a CCJ Judgement from Northampton court addressed to my private office ( they had my home address, E-mail and phone numbers but chose to find my office address!) for the fee that had been paid a year earlier! plus £200 court and legal fees. I had not been notified by the court and this came out of the blue. They have now instructed the court to 'set aside' the judgement but I have no explanation or apology and this whole episode has made me sick with worry. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. What they do amounts to extortion with threats.
