What a difference a splash back makes to a kitchen.

We wanted a Guardian roof to replace our old conservatory roof and Guardian put us in touch with Crystal Clear Windows and through out the whole process then have been extreamly professional from their admin/managent team to the team fitting the roof. The team fitting the roof left no mess and left everything spotless. I really can't complain about anything.

Had a fantastic experience with Crystal Clear from start to finish, no question was left unanswered & communication was excellent. We changed the colour we wanted last minute & everything was sorted at the drop of a hat with no issues.

Initial visit for quotation was great, every question we had was answered & no question too daft! Really pleasant owner who genuinely wants to provide a great service to customers.

Fast installation with a duo of lovely polite guys who spent the whole day working with our pain in the a**e wonky built threshold! They wouldn’t leave until the work was 100% complete. They left the place clean & tidy & did such a great job.

Ian and his team fitted a guardian roof to replace my old conservatory roof and i can honestly say i couldn't be happier! they are a lovely family run business and their customer service is second to none. They arrived on site everyday on time and were very polite and tidy. I would have no hesitation to go with crystal clear windows in the future and would recommend them to anybody.

The workmanship was carried out very efficiently and the men cleaned up after they had finished, We are returning customers and have no hesitation in recommending them

Crystal Clear replaced a two story conservatory roof for me 4 years ago. Great job then at the best price.
Last week the electric dorma window wouldn't work.
So helpful when I phoned & the 2 guys came out this morning, repaired in no time. All the staff are so pleasant & helpful & I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I needed two 120 year old windows to be replaced, a high attic dormer with very restricted internal access and a large two-storey bay, including a pebble-dash (very tired) wall between floors. This bay had very limited external access.
Ian Henderson of Crystal Clear came out to have an initial look at the requirements, and he very quickly came to appreciate that we wanted the “Edwardian” look and feel of the house to be replicated. He promised that they could complete the job with respect for all the internal original wooden mouldings, match the remaining sash windows, and do their best to match the aged pebble-dash finish.
Measurements followed and the resultant quotations were accepted.
Working in parallel with another company carrying out roofing repairs, Crystal Clear replaced the dormer and transformed the attic.
Then came the big one – or two. Storm Dudley arrived with the upper storey bay replacement, and blew the cobwebs away. This was followed the next day by 80mph Storm Eunice to help with installing the ground floor bay. The Crystal Clear guys worked through it all, getting us watertight within the day. Some rotten wood in the structure of the roof above the bay, and in the support structure of the inter-floor wall had been found, and this was duly replaced. At the same time modern insulation materials were installed before the new pebble-dash. Final finishing and sealing was completed, a wonderful match of the pebble-dashing and a new lead roof completed a great job.
As promised, the original internal wooden mouldings were intact, and the design and proportions of the new windows match perfectly the 1902 structure of the remainder of the house.
All of my family are very appreciative of the quality of the work carried out, the way it was done and the Crystal Clear team that did it - in difficult circumstances.
Thoroughly recommended.

Considerably cheaper than another Wirral company for a broken replacement unit.

Arrived on time. No mess. Took the broken unit away.

Office staff are very helpful.

Bathroom window needed removing and refiitting, one pane in bedroom window needed replacing, plus several smaller jobs. All done professionally and everything left clean and tidy. I would certainly use them again in the future.
