They don’t pick up phone calls, they barely reply to emails, they charge you loads of stuff with no explanation and expect you to pay it immediately, they close lines early it’s meant to be 9-6 if you... もっと見る

Im not very happy how the did the hard search on my credit report without even i agreed to take a car ,I was told they will check if im eligible to get rent to buy ,I didn't even signed anything or agreed to take a car ,should really be a soft search before we agreed on taking a car finance, remove my hard search from credit report ,.I should have been told u guys will do hard search to check if im eligible ,
Please contact me and remove hard search from my report ,im not taking any rent to buy from you guys

Total and utter poor company, i got told id get a call back off a manager because after having the car 6 weeks its been in kia for 2 of them, they couldnt be bothered to call me, i would NOT use this company its utter garbage and unprofessional. Cowboy company

This company has the worst customer service and as soon as you’re trapped with a contract is when you see who the company is. I still have contract with them and I will give more feedback as I continue with them.

I settled my rent-to-buy agreement in full on 12 January 2026. All inspections were completed, the admin fee was paid, and there are no outstanding balances.
However, as of 14 February 2026, the account is still showing as active on my TransUnion credit file. What is particularly concerning is that the last time this company reported any update to TransUnion was in November. That means there has been no reporting for several months, which raises questions about how regularly they update customer credit files.
Accurate and timely credit reporting is extremely important, especially when an account has been fully settled. I expect this to be updated promptly and for clearer communication regarding reporting timelines.
I hope this issue is resolved without further escalation.
