They don’t pick up phone calls, they barely reply to emails, they charge you loads of stuff with no explanation and expect you to pay it immediately, they close lines early it’s meant to be 9-6 if you... もっと見る

Unwilling to Work With Customers on Payment
I contacted WeFlex to propose a structured repayment plan of £20 per week to clear an outstanding arrears balance of £193.96. This was a good-faith effort to resolve the situation after my vehicle was immobilised.
Their response was an outright refusal. They insisted on full payment to release the vehicle, showing no flexibility or willingness to support a customer who is trying to pay what they owe. Their policy seems designed to punish rather than to find a workable solution. If you run into financial difficulty, don't expect any help or understanding from their payments team.
Below is one of their email to me:
"Hi Gaixent,
We hope you are doing well.
We appreciate your efforts in initiating a payment plan. However, since your vehicle is currently immobilised, we kindly require the payment in full to proceed with mobilising it.
Once the payment is completed, please inform us, and we will arrange for the mobilisation.
