I requested a withdrawal of my funds (approximately €120) on February 9th. As of today, April 13th, I still have not received my money.

Whenever I reach out to customer support regarding the delay, I receive the exact same template response: a screenshot of a message from their founder claiming that they are experiencing "technical issues" with payouts, but promising that everything will be resolved soon.

However, after reading other recent reviews, it is highly apparent that this is not an isolated incident or a temporary technical glitch, but rather a systemic problem across the platform.

I am now waiting for a relatively small amount of €120 for the third month in a row. Unfortunately, my trust in WeGoTrip has dropped completely to zero. I would strongly advise caution to anyone using this platform if you expect to be paid out in a timely manner.

I had a terrific self guided tour of the Louvre with a commentary - it was clear, concise and very interesting.

I publish original audio guided tours for tourists. This company has taken my tours, added an AI voiceover and even used my name to promote the tour and is charging for them. Without, of course, letting me know. Unethical and probably illegal.

ai tours? who needs this for money when there is such softwares as chatgpg??? that's noncense — tried ai generated tour and it wasn't compelled well, the narrator voice was robotised and the facts were from 10 years ago

audio guide mauvais du début à la fin : long à charger, beaucoup trop long à écouter dans un mauvais Français avec une voix de robot quand il a quelque chose à dire, et absent les ¾ du temps... bref c'est nul et donc beaucoup trop cher

They charged us 130 euros for 4 adult tickets at Charlottenburg Palace Berlin!The ticket costs 19 euro per person if you buy it on the website of the palace or at the entrance!What is the reason behind this rip off..??can you explain to me?I understand a normal commission but double the price of the ticket is shameful at least...Never again!

I traveled solo to Budapest and found WeGoTrip app for downloading audio guides about the city. It helped me to discover the history and main sights at my own pace, without rush. Cool navigation, interesting facts.

They sold me a ticket to Park Guell in Barcelona, for a specific date and time, but the park was sold out.
I called and the company asked if I wanted to go the following day.
I was already at the location, so this felt very scammy
Now I wait to see if I can get the refund

Due to traffic in Paris we arrived late to attend the Eiffel Tower tour. The “We Go Trip” leader was not present. Calling the emergency telephone number, the operator was less than helpful. Suggested we walked towards the Eiffel Tower to see if we could locate the guide. We suggested to attend the next tour, was told need to repurchase. The company is not fit for purpose. We never use them again, we list €150

I tried WeGoTrip when in Regensburg and now in Austria and both times paid twice and the download froze and bumped me back to paying rather than continuing the download

This tour was ok. Good service. We bought the tickets online, in the app. We went through the VIP line just showing smartphone tickets. Musée de l'Orangerie was amazing! Very exciting architecture. It takes your breath away! We really enjoyed the very interesting audio guided tour.

When I arrived in Batumi at the beginning of the tourist season, I planned to spend the first day getting to know the city. I downloaded Wegotrip on the advice of acquaintances, and it turned out to be a great and easy solution for exploring the city on foot. The 2-hour audio tour helped me get used to the old part of the city and learn some interesting facts about Batumi. I don't like big tour groups, so I recommend these app to walking tour lovers like me.

This is a scam ticket reseller. It tricks you into paying double. And when I called to cancel a few minutes later - they processed it on the spot so I can’t cancel anymore. Don’t use it. They should be illegal.
