I love the plan, our leader in Brandon mb is the best!!! Just wish we would get the paper trackers and the leaflet with the recipe and topic of the week on, I loved those and really really miss it! I know everything is online but nothing like paper!!!!

I really like the new program. I joined WW in the late 80’s and had a wonderful experience losing 90 pounds in a year. I left and came back a number of times. Now after 30 years I feel ready to do the program again. I really like the way I feel when I eat proper food.

If I am doing fine why can I not get a higher dose of Wegovy pill. The 1.5 are not makeing any difference anymore after the first week.

My experience with weight watchers is frustrating and expensive. I suffered constipation that was so difficult that it resulted in extreme rectal bleeding. When I asked to cancel my membership I was denied and will continue to pay for a useless membership.

I have found the new program to be difficult to use and when I tried a get to know session found one of the coaches to be terse and actually rude over the session. I have had her attitude in regular sessions to be rude and extremely unfriendly. It’s made me reconsider whether I will renew my membership this time. I truthfully feel that WW has no interest in me and I don’t like the idea that I work hard for my health progress but WW now supports and loves drugs to lose weight. Oprah was the downfall of WW and it has never recovered in my opinion

Weight loss is going well. I order my refill early because my initial prescription took over a week to get delivered. That was very disappointing

Website is easily to navigate. Food ideas and logging meals are easy. Care team is thorough with making sure I was medically stable to start medication. Questions answered timely. They are a caring group!

I think my experience been pretty good . The people that I been chatting with are nice . I think still a lil pricey.

The process took incredibly long to get started all while I’m paying. 1/2 thru the 3 months before I even received medication and no followup as to how it was working. And it’s not working. I have no effects or benefits other than less money in my bank account. I would not recommend to anyone.

Having a team of professionals that are available at any time as a resource. Having a Nutritionist that can explain the nutritional value of foods and how to make better choices for meals.

Weight Watchers is working for me by giving me a plan I can live with. I appreciate the Community support by getting support and giving support.

Helpful and easy

Great follow through and regular communications. The answers are there when I need them!

I wish WW would allow me to do everything on my computer instead of on my phone.

Everybody is kind & helpful & makes it easy to get the assistance I needed.

I love everything for most part. I just wish when logging the foods we consume, there were more varieties of home made foods, most do not eat out everyday. Once the app is upgraded with that. I think you are near perfect. Support is great. Very motivating to actually change the way we look at food. The way to a better us.

Not too clear on the process and not supportive of the medical plan and to adapt or make changes if its not working for the client. As long as they monthly payment is done thats all they care
