I have asked my care team several times what plan I should be following and how many points I get a day, no resolution. I still don't know.

This app is not user friendly. Takes to much time to navigate. My experience with my medical team is good. I just can’t be bothered to work the app. It’s terrible.

Love the tracking features.

Susan (Southgate YMCA Tuesday 5:30) is great! Her meetings are the BEST!

I also like the food tracking on the app.

This version of ww with the glp 1 has got to be the best weight loss system out there

I started this journey but never got really serious about my health. But seeing the weight loss, I am so happy. The app is very helpful and easy to follow. I’m feeling better. My confidence is improved. I’m exercising and eating better and I don’t feel deprived of foods I love. Thanks WW.

I've been doing W.W. in the past and never had a problem. I'm happy to be on this program. Plus being on Wegovy has helped me also. Keep up the good work.

First of all, trying to cancel the membership was a complete nightmare. Getting a response from a care coordinator took days, which only made the process more frustrating. It was also a long, drawn-out hassle just to get medication—honestly, it would have been easier to go through a local weight loss doctor. Overall, the experience was a huge disappointment. I went in with high expectations and hoped for reasonable response time and results but that was not what I got. I wanted to cancel within the first month, yet the process felt unnecessarily difficult. At times, it seemed like WW was more interested in keeping the money than making cancellation simple. At the very least, I can share my experience and warn others. They are trying to force me to keep a membership that is worthless. I know understand why WW popularity decrease.

As someone who has used this company off and on for many years I can honestly say WW has become a joke. This used to be the most effective weight loss program. Now they promote Med+ without the proper transparency all of these review replies gives. You are locked into a program that may not work for you due to legitimate health reasons. Then gives the same answer over and over about being locked in for whatever time. This program should be reviewed extensively and customers given the option to cancel within a certain amount of time if the Med+ program doesn't end up working for them. WW used to be a fantastic company and now just like everything else, they only care about the funds coming in. They are charging money for ZERO service. I am so disappointed in this company. Do better Weight Watchers.

Even when I'm struggling with keeping on track, Weight Watchers and the community is there to help support me. The app has so many options and I have the best in person groups to go to.

I'm content with WW. I'm finally able to be more focused on WW. I believe they're very focused on helping clients. I appreciate the medical support team.

Was not disclosed that I could not cancel at any time. Rude messages saying, “this is the last time this will be addressed.” Not a good value, and I wish I had never seen the as for a promo

When I decided to try weight loss meds I immediately turned to Weight Watchers to guide me on this new adventure. I have not been disappointed with the access I have when I have any questions or concerns, or the responses I have received. This is all new to me, but I am excited to partner with Weight Watchers.

I have added several foods or recipes to the app. I with I could access them without having to go to lifestyles: food: recipe: see all. I would love to be able to just type in the name and it would pop up.
The app isn’t very intuitive and kind of clumsy.

I really love weight watchers. It's healthy eating. You watch, you track that's the whole purpose of it choosing how healthy options I love the unonline meanings and the in person meanings, I just wish they had more in person meeting halls like they used to. That's why I do the online sometimes cause I can't make it so far away. To see a meeting call in person.But you need the meanings , it's very helpful to keep on track
