I apologise for my kneejerk impatience you have now kindly responded to my concerns and have justifiably earned your excellent reviews. It's good to deal with a company that prides itself on good service and puts customers to the fore.

Outstanding customer service and support for someone VERY new to gas and regulator set ups.
I felt like I had a masterclass of information and ended up buying exactly what I needed (not what I would otherwise have chosen) and had it calibrated for my specific usage.
I am a more confident operator now that I fully understand my set up and how the components work together. No question was too small or irrelevant ( I had a lot!) and my new found knowledge has enabled me to understand the physics of what I'm doing rather than simply be an operator. This is the best basis of troubleshooting any problems but I have no doubt that Noz-Alls would be able to help if I couldn't figure things out. I would highly recommend them

Terry and Graham at Noz-Alls saved me from making a complete mess of my initial order in late March. As an amateur I'd made some basic errors and they had corrected me. The welder supplied (Headux TitanMig 188) has proved to be great to use and miles better than the gasless set up I had been using. The new machine is easy to set up and very versatile, I've used it in mig configuration on Steel and Ally and despite my lack of skill I've got acceptable results with both. Now I need to get more practice!

Helpful people gave good advice on equipment for sale and updates on availability. Purchased a shank and lead welding conversion kit, the items were dispatched quickly and very well packaged. Just had a second order delivered, regulator and flashback arrestors, again dispatched quickly and equally well packaged; after receiving the first package I have no worries about buying from. I am very happy with the purchases made, and will use these people for further equipment and supplies. Thank you.

Brilliant service

Great help and advice on locating the parts I required to repair my oxikit and saved me the expense of having to replace the entire unit.
Graham & Terry offered 1st class advice and even included instructions on doing the repair. Communication was quick as was postage.
Best customer service I have had in a very long time.

Exceptional service. I recently purchased a professional helium bottle from a local dealer ahead of an upcoming party, (disposable ones cost too much) but the local dealer do not stock the regulator/valves. A quick google, and i found what i thought i needed on Noz-Alls website, but i wasnt 100% sure it would fit my bottle, so gave them a call. The lady who answered, directed my query to the right person, who called me back minutes later, reccommended the right product (the one i had already found) and despite their website saying it would be delivered on Thursday, it was delivered on wednesday morning! I've bookmarked their website, and WILL be using them again!

I've been a customer for over 10 years, and orders always arrive very promptly. But the reason that I'm writing the review is the 1st class after-sales service - I've previously had out of hours guidance on using a new welder, including them sending out a new reel of welding wire FOC when it turned out my old reel was the problem!
And when my 10 year old welder developed a fault, they had new boards on the shelf for a reasonable price, even though discontinued. Thanks Graham!
