Used Dan’s mortgage advice a couple of times now, wouldn’t look at using anyone else now, set for life. Always helpful, unbiased , professional and gets you the best deal! Would recommend

Had Daniel Dawes help sort out our mortgage. He was very knowledgeable on what was the more suited options for us and advised accordingly. At no point did I feel like I was being ‘sold’ anything like with previous advisers and everything was suggested in our best interest. Will definitely be using him again come remortgage time

We’ve used Jake for 7 years now. He helped us with our mortgage and insurances for our first house and was so patient, knowledgeable and adaptable to our circumstances. We’ve gone back to him for every renewal, house move and change of circumstance since. He’s easy to get hold of, quick acting and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re getting the best deal.

Jake was an excellent mortgage advisor. He was extremely helpful, prompt and always gave us an answer for any questions we had. We always felt like we were in safe hands. He knows the market really well, and was able to advise us on the best deal for us. We really felt like we had a huge advantage working with him, rather than sorting a mortgage on our own. He also was able to help guide us through the entire process of buying our first home and provided recommendations for solicitors and how/when to do things. We would recommend for anyone looking to buy their first home.

I couldn’t have been luckier to meet Klizia and Dan—two wonderful people and truly outstanding professionals. They helped me better understand what kind of remortgage to go for and were always ready to support me in case I had an emergency and needed to remortgage immediately.
I wasn’t able to use their service in the end because I sold the house before remortgaging, but I really wanted to leave this review because they gave me excellent support, and Klizia was available to help me right up until the very last day of the remortgage process.

I highly recommend this company to everyone, especially to anyone approaching remortgaging for the first time.
