This company may have good prices, but they are terrible at their customer service. I tried to reach out to them several times. Nobody answers the phone. I sent a message through my profile. Nobody response. My shipment is delayed. They take the money out of the bank, but they donât send anything over. Iâm already delayed in my medication. I am extremely frustrated.

Second, regarding communication: our records show no ongoing outreach through the patient portal or phone, and a single email sent at 9:08 PM on a Friday night. While we aim to respond as quickly as possible, messages sent outside standard hours are addressed in the next service window. That does not mean your request is being ignored.
Third, your prescription was up for renewal 48 hours ago and is currently in shipping, which is why you are seeing movement now. We follow a structured refill and fulfillment process to ensure continuity of care.

I called today instead of emailing. An automated operator answered and I hung up deciding to write another email.
